The minimum order for our corporate program is 10 units. For orders below 10 units, please visit our regular store. There is no maximum — we've fulfilled orders of 2,000+ units for enterprise clients.

Yes. You can mix any designs from our catalog in a single order, as long as the total quantity meets the minimum of 10 units. The per-unit price is determined by the total order quantity, not per-design quantity.

Send us your logo, brand colors, and any artwork in high resolution (AI, EPS, or PNG at 300dpi+). Our design team will create a mockup within 24 hours for your approval. Once approved, we proceed with production. Custom branding is available on all catalog designs and fully custom artwork.

Standard catalog orders (no branding) typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom branded orders take 5–10 business days including design review. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — ask your account manager.

Yes. We offer individual gift box packaging, custom tissue paper inserts, and branded sleeve options for corporate gifts. Packaging options are discussed during the quote process and priced accordingly.

For orders under ৳50,000, full payment is required upfront. For larger orders, we offer a 50% deposit at confirmation and 50% before shipment. Enterprise clients with a history of orders may qualify for net-30 payment terms.
