We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, EPS, and AI files up to 50MB. For the best print results, we recommend a minimum of 300 DPI at the actual print size. If you're unsure about your file, our team will check it for free and let you know before production begins.
No problem. You can use the Background Color tool to set a solid or gradient fill behind your artwork, or we can extend your design's edges during our pre-press process. If your file is lower resolution than ideal, our team will reach out before printing to discuss options — we never print something that won't look great.
MGweave is our micro-woven fabric surface — it's warm to the touch, provides excellent control, and delivers vibrant color reproduction. MG Glide is a tempered glass surface with micro-etching for ultra-fast glide. Glass pads are harder, easier to clean, and prefer a speed-focused playstyle. Both support full custom printing.
The Live Preview panel on this page gives you a real-time approximation of your design on the pad. For corporate or high-volume orders, we also send a digital proof for approval before production. Please note that screen color rendering (RGB) can differ slightly from printed output (CMYK) — we calibrate our printers to be as true-to-file as possible.
AI-generated art is absolutely fine — you're responsible for ensuring the output is yours to use commercially. For third-party artwork (fan art, licensed characters, photography), you must hold the appropriate rights or a license to print it. We reserve the right to decline orders that appear to infringe on intellectual property.
If your printed mousepad has any color defect, misalignment, or print quality issue caused on our end, we'll reprint and reship it at no cost. This guarantee covers production errors only — if your original file was low resolution or had color issues we warned you about, the reprint policy may not apply. Just contact us with a photo and we'll sort it out quickly.
